As you may know, I have 12 week goals at a time. From these 12 week deadlines I will draw out monthly and weekly goals. I have copied some Excel Sheets which I used in a Management Consulting job I had a couple of years back, and in those Excel Sheets I keep numerical track of my weekly tasks and completion percentages. I have also assigned red, yellow and green lights to my results based on the completion amount. Obviously, a 100% completion of weekly goals is the best possible result. I invite you to check my weekly tracker out and use it for yourself if you wish. This is the tracker I will be using every single day to plan my day as part of my morning ritual, just as I am drinking my morning coffee.
