As you may now this project called The Great Growth started officially this Monday July 3rd 2017. The first week of the project is practically done and I have some things to mention. First of all, this first weekly review will NOT have the format explained here. This will be a brief review explaining how my first week was off, and why.
This week I was not very productive in regards to the project. I did not do my morning ritual nor worked directly with anything related to the project. The only exercise I got in was when I played tennis 3 times this week, and I did not even care for my nutrition. Next week I will play tennis on 4 days (currently on a tournament) which means working out will be easy!
One more observation I made over the past few weeks is that I do not get out of my comfort zone enough. I am comfortable and feeling safe most of the time. I have to start doing things that get me on the other side of fear so I can start making true progress. This will take some getting used to, since feeling comfortable feels so good, you may wonder why would anyone want to feel uncomfortable. Well sometimes that is the only way to make big changes and grow.
I have no excuse for wasting a week, I just was finishing some final details of the website, updating the content and since everything was not 100% finished by Monday I justified postponing things. Still I am not going to beat me up too much about it, had a great weekend, played in my tennis tournament and played the best tennis I have ever played. The website is ready, my workflow is ready and I am ready to start for good tomorrow morning.
