My 2018 Goals And Resolutions
Here is my list of goals and resolutions for 2018. I have grouped my different goals into life areas and my purpose for 2018 will be to achieve all of my goals or most of them. The official start date for this life project and this year´s goals is Tuesday February 6th 2018.
Physical Health, Appearance and Performance
I will complete the KINOBODY TRANSFORMATIONAL CHALLENGE 2018 and submit progress I am truly proud of, by April 9th 2018.
I will easily weight 65kg by June 4th 2018.
I will do Intermittent Fasting most of the time (skip breakfast) by June 4th 2018.
I will easily complete the Aphrodite workout of Freeletics in under 40 minutes by December 31st 2018.
I will easily complete 30 minutes of Insanity Max 30 Cardio/Friday Fight without a break at least once by June 4th 2018.
I will do meditation of 10 minutes at least once every week by June 4th 2018.
I will drink at least 8 glasses of water every day without a miss by December 31st 2018.
I will have perfect hygiene (brush teeth after EVERY MEAL and shower daily) everyday by December 31st 2018.
I will noticeably increase my testosterone levels (feel more manly) by December 31st 2018.
I will have a wardrobe with clothes that make me look best (casual and business) by December 31st 2018.
I will be more mature and detach as much as possible from parents every day by December 31st 2018
I will wake up by 8am every morning from Mon-Fri by December 31st 2018.
I will get at least 7 hours of sleep every day by December 31st 2018
I will easily win at least one tennis tournament in 4th category by December 31st 2018.
I will easily reach semi finals in a tennis tournament in 3rd category by December 31st 2018.
I will easily buy a new tennis racquet by March 1st 2018.
I will maximize my viewing experience of the 2018 World Cup and be super excited about my country participating by July 14th 2018.
I will travel at least once by December 31st 2018
Career + Mission
I will decide on my career path(s) by February 28th 2018
I will get a full time job by December 31st 2018
I will have published 25 posts on my website by December 31st 2018
I will have uploaded 25 videos/vlogs on my website by December 31st 2018
I will have 50 unique visits to my website
I will have 20 subscribers to my website´s Newsletter
I will have over 40 pictures uploaded to the Great Growth´s Instagram account
I will have easily earned two more career certifications by December 31st 2018
I will easily write a self-help book and offer it for free on my website by December 31st 2018
I will easily increase my net worth by S/. 20,000 by December 31st 2018
I will NOT spend any money on LJ this year 2018
Follow a strict and precise financial plan every week by December 31st 2018.
Do a no-spending experiment for 3 months straight (only spend money on the essential) by December 31st 2018
Track your finances day after day by December 31st 2018
I will easily be driving my mother´s car passed the Ferrero hill by June 4th 2018.
Social and Relationships
I will have a better relationship with my family and my brother´s family by December 31st 2018
I will improve my relationship with and become a role model for Gabriel by December 31st 2018
I will be the best uncle and godfather to Luciana by December 31st 2018
I will have mastered telephone conversations by December 31st 2018
I will be fully comfortable speaking in front of a camera by December 31st 2018
I will easily be more comfortable talking with people and be much more inclined to start conversations by December 31st 2018.
I will easily read at least 25 books to enhance my knowledge, mindset and skills by December 31st 2018.
I will easily go back through Brendon Burchard´s workshops and see if there is anything worth including in my morning ritual
I will easily speed solve a Rubik Cube in under 40 seconds three times in a row by December 31st 2018
I will easily stay updated with the important local and international news week after week without a miss by December 31st 2018.
I will easily complete a 30 day morning ritual challenge to be at my best every day by December 31st 2018.
I will do 10 good deeds for altruistic reasons
I will easily complete a no J.O challenge (except on Sundays) every single week by December 31st 2018
I will do a new fun activity every month (i.e boxing, dancing, playing a new instrument etc) by December 31st 2018
I will easily listen to at least 1 morning podcast ever morning
I will walk in the park on Sunday mornings without a miss
I will easily be confident and optimistic whenever exiting my comfort zone doing things that would usually make me feel anxious, every day by December 31st 2018
I will easily learn how to put an overgrip to a tennis racquet by June 4th 2018.
