HIIT cardio AM (15-30 min)
Weight lifting PM (30-60min)

Tuesday-Thursday

Tennis AM (60 min)
Abs PM (20 min)

Saturday

HIIT cardio AM (15-30 min)
Abs PM (20 min)

Sunday

Light cardio or Rest

Nutritional Plan

Everyday but Friday

Consume 1800 calories max. Drink coffee first thing in the morning, have first bite at lunch time (2PM), then nothing until around 6PM, then dinner. Remember, no sugary snacks.

Friday

Reefed day. Consume 2500 calories. I picked this day because it is a weight lifting day so I take full advantage of the extra calories.
